Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by ClearPath Partners (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the Client (“you”).

By engaging our services, booking a strategy call, or entering into a service agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

ClearPath Partners provides appointment-setting and discovery call booking services for service-based businesses.

Our role is to generate and schedule qualified discovery calls on behalf of the Client using ClearPath-managed systems and processes.

We do not guarantee:

  • Sales conversions

  • Revenue outcomes

  • Proposal acceptance

  • Deal closures

We are responsible solely for delivering Qualified Scheduled Calls as defined below.

3. Definition of a Qualified Scheduled Call

A Qualified Scheduled Call is defined as a discovery call that:

  1. Is booked via the ClearPath-managed booking system

  2. Is scheduled within the Client’s approved calendar availability

  3. Relates directly to the Client’s stated service offering

  4. Contains genuine contact details provided by the prospect

A Qualified Scheduled Call becomes billable once it is successfully scheduled and confirmed via the booking system.

A call remains billable regardless of:

  • Whether the prospect attends

  • Budget availability

  • Sales outcome

  • Whether a proposal is issued

  • Whether the Client closes the deal

ClearPath Partners charges per qualified scheduled call, not per attended call.

4. Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client agrees to pay:

£40 GBP per Qualified Scheduled Call

ClearPath reserves the right to revise pricing with written notice for new engagements.

5. Billing & Payment Terms

  • Calls are logged and reported weekly

  • Invoices are issued weekly in arrears

  • Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date

Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension of services.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Maintain accurate calendar availability

  • Attend scheduled calls punctually

  • Provide accurate information about services and target audience

  • Notify ClearPath of any changes to qualification criteria

Failure to attend scheduled calls does not invalidate billing.

7. No-Show & Cancellation Policy

ClearPath Partners is not responsible for prospect no-shows.

If a call is scheduled and confirmed through the booking system, it is considered billable under Section 3.

Client cancellations, missed calls, or last-minute changes do not invalidate billing.

8. Non-Circumvention

The Client agrees not to bypass ClearPath Partners to avoid agreed fees by directly engaging prospects introduced through ClearPath systems.

Any attempt to avoid payment may result in immediate termination of services and recovery of outstanding fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClearPath Partners shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Loss of business opportunity

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to ClearPath in the preceding 30 days.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

All outstanding invoices remain payable upon termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
